Shipping policy

WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver across Egypt.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
Every SknStudio product is handmade in small batches. Orders are shipped and delivered within 2–3 business days, anywhere in Egypt. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free on all orders above 1,000 EGP, anywhere in Egypt. Orders below 1,000 EGP have a flat shipping fee of 100 EGP in Cairo and Giza, and 150 EGP to other governorates.

PAYMENT
We accept cash on delivery and InstaPay. Card payments are coming soon.

HEAT AND STORAGE
Our products are made with natural butters and tallow, which can soften in hot weather during delivery. This is normal and doesn't affect quality. Store your products in a cool, dry place once they arrive.

ISSUES WITH YOUR DELIVERY
If your order is delayed, damaged, or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp at +20 100 409 3676 or email info@sknstudiogg.com and we'll sort it out.
