Terms of service

OVERVIEW
This website is operated by SknStudio. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

PRODUCTS
Our products are handmade in small batches, so small variations in colour, texture, and scent between batches are natural. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the product you receive. Full ingredients are listed on each product page. Please check them for any ingredients you may be sensitive to, and do a patch test before first use.

Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding, please consult your doctor before use.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We reserve the right to change prices and discontinue products at any time. We accept cash on delivery and InstaPay.

ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if there is an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for details on delivery and returns.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We work hard to keep the information on our website accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.
